Even the Yum Yum sauce seemed watered down and weak. Of course, everyone wants and enjoys the Yum Yum sauce, so I doubt people even notice that the food is as tasteless as it is. The food in the hibachi dinner menu NEVER has any real flavor everything is so bland. Which brings me to my final point, flavor. The flavor of the rolls are sometimes just lacking. However, I have paid less for better at other places including local competition. I have never had bad quality fish there it's fresh. The sushi is always good quality when it comes to the raw fish. The ambiance is upbeat, clean, and appealing. The service is typical with attentiveness and super fast. It is exciting and the chefs are always a pleasure.
